How much does it cost?

If you are looking for a fitness solution based purely on price we may be the wrong fit for you.  We believe in delivering exceptional service and value. To give you an idea of costs, if you are looking to train three to four times a week you will be paying roughly £5 a session! Find out how we can help you, just arrange a call now.  

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No! Regardless of your fitness levels or experience, we'd love to have you train with us. All our sessions can be scaled and adapted to meet our clients requirements. 

Do you have to pre-book your sessions?

Yes. You can book your group personal training sessions online via the Mindbody app once you become a member. Sessions can be booked up to a week in advance, right up until the workout starts. 

Do you offer pay as you go sessions?

No! we are focused on providing a unique all-rounded gym experience so you wont be able to pay per session.
