We have created a Unique concept where every session is goal orientated, motivational, enjoyable and sociable. Every session is delivered by a personal trainer that will demonstrate, adapt exercises for all levels and motivate you to reach your goals. Group personal training is a great way for people to benefit from the quality service and individual attention your receive from 1-2-1 personal training but at a fraction of the price, with the bonus of a positive, supportive social group atmosphere.

THE SESSION
Duration: 1 hour.
Group training sessions are delivered by a knowledgeable, motivating personal trainer. Every session is programmed differently and is built around 4 training elements:

Strength training

Functional fitness
-
Resistance training
-
Cardiovascular training (aerobic and anaerobic)
The full body workout is inclusive and can be adapted to all abilities and experience. The programming and trainer will encourage progression and create an environment where success and goals are met. The group training element creates a fun, social, and inspiring atmosphere to train in.

NUTRITION
We help educate members on the importance of diet and nutrition and how it can really help your training progress and greatly improve your overall results. Upon joining you will complete a food diary for a week, detailed feedback is then given by a trainer to build a healthy diet that will help members work towards their individual goals.
