DOES IT MATTER IF I HAVE NEVER USED A GYM BEFORE?

We welcome all experience and fitness levels. All sessions can be adapted and scaled to suit each member.

DO YOU HAVE TO PRE BOOK YOUR SESSIONS?

Yes, all sessions are booked online, through your personal log in. You can book up to a week in advance and right up until the session starts.

DO YOU OFFER AN OPEN GYM?

No, however we offer an unlimited amount of group training sessions per month with over 50 sessions available a week.

WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EACH MEMBERSHIP AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

The difference between each membership is the length of contract and price. All memberships include unlimited group training sessions, nutritional advice and regular 1 to 1 check ins and goal settings with a coach. 

DO YOU OFFER PAY AS YOU GO SESSIONS?

No, we have created a gym in which every element has been put in place to ensure members meet their goals. The session is only one part that makes our inclusive membership package. We do offer a FREE trial session.

WHATS YOUR OPENING TIMES?

WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY MEMBERSHIP IF THE GYM HAS TO CLOSE DUE TO COVID?

Direct debits can be frozen and Pay in full memberships can be extended for the time the gym is forced to close.

I HAVE AN INJURY, WOULD THE SESSIONS STILL BE SUITABLE FOR ME?

We would encourage a free trial session to see if its adaptable to your injury and will be beneficial for your goals. Some injuries can be a limiting factor in getting the most out of our style of training.
